Refund and cancellation policy

Recurring subscriptions
Pro Monthly costs USD $3.99 per month. Pro Yearly costs USD $24.99 per year, billed annually. The selected plan renews automatically until canceled. The checkout shows any applicable tax and final total before you pay.
Cancel a subscription
Use your CVNoble billing page or the Paddle customer portal linked from your payment receipt. You can also contact support@cvnoble.com for assistance. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal; access continues through the paid billing period. Cancellation does not automatically refund earlier charges.
Request a refund
Contact support@cvnoble.com or Paddle buyer support with your purchase email, transaction reference and the reason for your request. Do not send card details. Requests are reviewed under applicable consumer law and Paddle purchase terms. Approval and processing are handled through Paddle; mandatory statutory rights are unaffected by this policy.
Payment problems
If you were charged twice, cannot access a paid feature or believe a payment was unauthorized, contact support promptly so the transaction can be investigated. Refund timing depends on Paddle and your payment provider.
